TC Energy

At TC Energy, we often describe ourselves as a pipeline operator or energy producer and, of course, we build pipelines and power plants too.
But the one thing we build more than anything else is long-lasting relationships, with governments, communities, landowners, Indigenous groups, suppliers, vendors, contractors and the public.
Positive relationships with communities, such as Pike River and Saint-Sébastien, and leaders, such as Saint-Sébastien Mayor Martin Thibert are important to TC Energy.
About Us
STCI Power Solutions (STCIPS) is an industrial manufacturing company focused on supplying Custom Power and Controls products for the mining and utility industries.
STCIPS is a majority Indigenous owned partnership between STC Industrial Contracting and Team Power Solutions.
OUR STRATEGY
Our vision is to be the premier energy infrastructure company in North America today and in the future. That future includes embracing the energy transition that is underway and contributing to a lower-carbon energy world.
We believe today’s energy industry must play a proactive role to enable change and help meet each country’s climate goals. At the same time, we must make sure that a growing population continues to have the energy required to maintain quality of life — our transportation, agriculture, health care, education, and economic prosperity all depend on access to safe, reliable and affordable energy.
Our business is well-positioned to seize the exciting opportunities that a global energy transition presents. We also recognize the importance of current energy systems and infrastructure. Energy forecasts show that natural gas and liquids will play a vital role beyond 2050. Our existing assets will remain an essential element of these energy systems, providing an unparalleled base from which we will grow and evolve.
social impact
Through our social impact program, Build Strong, we focus on investing in causes and organizations that are vital to our communities and our business. We do this in two ways: outcomes-focused community investments, and support for our employees to give back to the causes they care about most.
Our community investments are directed to organizations that are integral to our local communities, and our business. Whether we are providing grants, awarding scholarships to future energy problem solvers or supporting local events that bring community members together, our goal is mutually beneficial relationships that help communities overcome social challenges.
For our employees, Build Strong supports and encourages giving back in ways that resonate with them personally. Through fundraising, donating, volunteering or even simple acts of kindness, TC Energy employees help make the world a better place.
Empower supports and encourages our workforce to give back to their communities in ways that resonate with them personally, through fundraising, donating, volunteering or even simple acts of kindness that help make the world a better place.
