RECENT PROJECTS

Boundary Surveys

Over the past year Explore has partnered with the Lubicon Lake Band No.453, and the National Aboriginal Lands Managers Association to provide multiple boundary surveys. Through these projects we have been able to reinvest back into the First Nations community by means of hiring band members and sourcing locally available equipment.

Peace River Bridge Rehabilitation

Environmental Management, Monitoring and Hydrology Support for Peace River Bridge Project.

Deliverables included topographical survey of original ground within the construction limits to completion of bridge rehabilitation broken into milestone deadlines. Explore supplies all data points and relevant after completions of survey and supply of topographical surface.

ATCO Keep hills Project, Zama to Rainbow Pipeline Project

We completed depth of cover surveys, line locates, and 4 way sweeps of 59km pipeline including valve sites, fence installs, foreign leases, drag lines, pipeline ROW, and workspaces.

Explore was able to incorporate industry best practices in the delivery of works. We completed the project on time within the defined scope and on budget by implementing a quality management system allowing for efficient field to finish workflow, to allow for construction works to proceed seamlessly.

Red Deer Spill Projects

When a spill occurs, Explore quickly mobilizes crews and drafters to site to support clean-up efforts. Explore can survey temporary access, flag and map contaminated locations in advance of the crews, provide depth of cover surveys of existing lines crossing the rivers to verify compliance and survey in new HDD bore paths.
